At Madeley School we believe that students should be given a wide range of opportunities to develop and practise leadership skills in preparation for life beyond school. Many Student Leadership activities will focus on improving the quality of learning and teaching in the classroom, improving the school environment, encouraging others to take part in school debates and improvement plans, being ambassadors for the school in open evenings and outside of school in community events, motivating and developing students in sports activities etc.
Aims of Student Leadership
- To empower students to work in partnership with the school towards shared goals.
